As a Graphic Designer you'll bring an strong eye for design and an ability to take strategic concepts and translate these in to beautifully executed, and technically accurate final pieces, whether that be print, motion or digital ensuring you can execute at all touch points. As such you'll need to blend strong design skills, with an impeccable eye for detail to ensure that all design is art-worked to the highest standards.
You'll spend most of your time working closely with the wider creative team to ensure creative strategies are accurately translated into finished artwork. It's therefore essential that as the Graphic Designer you're a natural when it comes to producing first class artwork across a broad range of channels and that you also have a strong design eye and an ability to turn campaign concepts into well-crafted design quickly and efficiently. It's fundamental to be able to take a concept and add your expertise to help bring this to life.
  • Agency or in-house experience
  • Good experience in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Good communication skills to ensure ideas can be communicated to the wider business
  • A good understanding of brand and corporate guidelines
  • Collaborative skills to work closely with creative to help bring campaigns from concept to creation
  • Methodical approach to archiving images and artwork
  • Experience in creating digital art and assets (such as web banners, instagram swipe ups, email design) to name a few
  • After effects experience is desires, but not essential
  • An outstanding and up-to-date portfolio
  • Ability to follow creative direction whilst also thinking outside the box
  • An impeccable and fierce attention for detail
  • Preferred to have awareness of the Gymshark Brand
