  • Working with the Head of Talent and Functional Managers to determine current and future staffing needs and understand the priorities in-line with Gymshark’s Product and Global strategy
  • Deployment of the Talent Strategy, facilitating effective implementation of new talent initiatives focused around the Product led campaigns
  • Supporting employer brand initiatives to increase awareness of opportunities within our Product function
  • Managing and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers within the partner areas (role specific Design, Development, Innovation, Product Marketing, Sustainability and Demand Planning)
  • Partner with all stakeholders within the Product function to ensure individual recruitment strategies are delivered
  • Manages the full cycle interview process from sourcing to screening to coordinating interviews to closing candidates and assessment centres
  • Supporting overseas recruitment by understanding and appreciating cultural differences but identifying key Gymshark values and instilling that across global offices
  • Work on strategic projects within the Hiring team that have company-wide impact including; improving interview processes, increasing diversity of candidate pipelines and helping develop the skills of the Hiring team
  • Partner with external agencies as needed including; evaluating, negotiating contracts and managing their partnership with Gymshark
  • Collaborate with the Hong Kong People / Talent Manager to ensure consistency in international recruitment methods
  • Organisational design with the Chief Product Officer (and Directors) to ensure that functional structures are given appropriate consideration and challenge, actioning recruitment needs
  • Sharing knowledge within the People Team and where appropriate, with internal stakeholders for continued professional development
  • Supervise and support Talent Team Executives, building development plans for individuals to help them achieve success
  • Managing and co-ordinating all function led internships and University programs 
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment, specifically within a Product Function
  • Have great people skills; this team is at the very core of the business and its culture
  • Flexible and pragmatic, you'll be a collaborative team player and be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment where identifying needs, providing solutions and adding value is a prerequisite
  • Ability to interprets recruitment activity from various channels to communicate to the wider business 
  • Develop a data culture within the Team
  • Uses data to drive management decisions ensuring best practice
  • Keeps up to date with latest recruitment techniques and industry
  • Experience & knowledge of online Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience & knowledge of process improvement & development
  • Some international travel will be required for the role
  • Possibly have experience recruiting in-house in more of a startup environment 
  • Are used to working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with shifting priorities
  • Comfortable with change
