We are looking for a second-year university student to join the Talent team as an Intern for a one-year student placement. Reporting to the Talent Executives and Talent Manager, our Talent internship role will allow you to spend time across all functions of the business – to promote our employee brand and culture. 

As this role will be involved in a mix of responsibilities, it will give the successful candidate an opportunity to learn and develop their skills in a range of recruitment and communication tasks. This includes searching for the best talent, onboarding and creating campaigns.

  • Supporting the talent team with the selection process
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
  • Ability to write clearly and accurately excellent use of English
  • Ability to use relevant software ensuring news is kept up to date
  • Scheduling onboarding for successful candidates and hiring managers
  • Writing content for blogs, Linkedin and the employee brand 
  • Organising events for the internships, on boarders in building family and community
  • Studying at degree level in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Studies (or a combined degree of any of these with English)
  • Have successfully completed the second year of an undergraduate degree
  • An approachable people person, confident and a good listener 
  • Successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, driven and confident
