We are looking for a second-year university student to join the Marketing team as an Intern for a one-year student placement. In your role, you’ll be supporting on a wide range of tasks across the retention, loyalty and comms marketing teams including the preparation, production and review of CRM campaigns as well as the analyzing and reporting to drive efficiencies across the team to contribute to the overall goal of customer growth and revenue. 
 • To coordinate and ensure the regular updating of the team’s campaign calendar 
Ensure proof-reading of all outgoing comms - with the correct content, creative banners, assets and proposition 
Input into the gathering of all daily, weekly and monthly campaign reporting 
In charge of all the digital and e-retailer related sampling campaigns, managing suppliers, stock, deliveries and creation of leaflets CRM 
Support the Loyalty/ VIP team on the execution of all GSHQ tours and local events through briefing of campaign, creative assets, fulfilment of rewards/ experiences through to the reporting of results
Ensure timely execution and completion of all campaigns within deadline 
Monitor trends and best practices in CRM
 • Specialism in Business, Fashion or Marketing preferred 
Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
Highly organised and able to multi-task
Keen eye for detail and excellent proof-reading skills
Strong Excel and analytical skills and ability to build reports from scratch
Good copy writing and proof-reading skills
Is self-motivated, driven and has initiative 
Must be able to work both as a team member and independently.
Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities
Ability to work well and independently under pressure in a fast-paced retail/ ecommerce environment
Excellent communicational skills, both verbal and written 
Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
