As the Head of Campaign, you will be reporting to our Creative Director and be responsible for the production, campaign and studio teams at Gymshark. 

This role is the glue that holds our creative and campaign teams together and suits an extremely organised individual with experience in campaign/project management. A key aspect of the role is working on continuous process improvements for these areas which set the foundation for all creative and brand activity for Gymshark. 

You will be managing a team of at least 20 people therefore the ability to motivate a workforce is key, especially given the fact the teams are spread across two buildings at our HQ in Birmingham and soon to be spread across the US and UK.

You will be one of two Heads owning the internal creative agency for Gymshark, the hub which concepts and creates all of our content. As the Head of Campaign, you will be owning the process driven side of the Campaign & Creative partnership, ensuring all concepts can come to life, all assets are delivered on time, on budget and most importantly all teams throughout the business are aligned. Aligning all teams in Gymshark is a major part of this role, therefore solidifying relationships with many key stakeholders is essential.

Collaborate with stakeholders in driving Gymshark’s localisation strategy through:

  • Developing, building and maintaining close working relationships with all senior stakeholders around the business across go-to-market functions.
  • Contribute within the senior brand team on strategy for campaign specific teams – helping develop & implement the company’s North star.
  • Lead weekly Art & Science meetings (Heads, Directors & Chiefs in Go-to-market functions) to align all go-to-market plans and campaigns.
  • Act as the key communication channel for all other teams in the business, specifically the go-to-market functions.
  • Manage monthly and yearly budgeting for all brand campaigns and creative activity.
  • A core understanding of our audience, as well as the wider market.


Work with production, campaign & studio teams to ensure Gymshark’s processes and ways of working are continuously improved, such as:

  • Production & styling timelines / workflow.
  • Project management of all brand campaigns & creative activity.
  • Operations and project management software.
  • eCommerce product imagery and video production.
  • All other studio activity such as App & still life production.
  • The complete journey of a product, event or brand campaign from brief to execution.
  • Any successful candidate would need to have exceptionally strong organisational skills.
  • Must have a keen interest in processes, critical paths, continuous improvement, general planning and organisation.
  • A proven ability to motivate a workforce.
  • Ability to plan for all possible outcomes with multiple back up plans through scenario planning.
  • An ideal candidate would have experience in campaign and people management to a high level, in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
