OVERVIEW:
As Gymshark’s InfraSec Manager, you will be responsible for Supporting and Maintaining Gymshark’s Internal & External Security Systems and accompanying User Base. You will ensure that company hardware/software/systems are operating at peak efficiencies and issues raised are diagnosed and solved as soon as possible to minimise organisational impact. You will have to ensure that yourself and the wider Tech Team are up to date with latest needs of the industry and business. In addition, this role is required to assist and develop new policies and procedures to ensure the above is met and be responsible for deployment of new software & hardware solutions. This role provides support & training to all internal teams along with supporting satellite offices where required.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
  • To take on and manage Endpoint/LAN/WAN facing Security Software/Hardware and to ensure that the business is secure and compliant with the latest Cyber Security needs
  • Keep existing/future Security and Network policies, services and systems up to date ensuring that we are making use of the latest functionality/features
  • Manage global SIEM logging and analysis to identify breaches or malicious activity on network or cloud infrastructure both internal and customer facing
  • Management of Annual Compliance Audit being key point of contact for security and systems information liaising with other members of the team where required
  • To Integrate and Manage a Federated Identity Provider and SSO/MFA Solution tying and securing all Internal and external systems where applicable Plan large scale rollouts in conjunction with Satellite Offices
  • To Ensure a Seamless User experience when connecting to SSO systems and Creating/Maintaining Permissions models to restrict Users to necessary systems/data
  • Work with Facilities for key project delivery on new property ventures including Door Entry Systems, CCTV and Alarms.
  • Work with the legal team to ensure compliance in key legislation is upheld particularly around GDPR and recognised security standards Gymshark choose to adopt in the future
  • Uses data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies to help understand the landscape for further improvement
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Own or work towards, an industry recognised qualification in Cyber/InfraSec.
  • At least 3 to 5 Years of Experience within a Cyber Security/Infrastructure Security Team
  • General High level of organisational skills
  • Work collaboratively with Head of Infrastructure and other International Infrastructure/Tech Managers to align on global projects and joint tasks.
  • Experience in supporting a Mid-Sized HQ and Satellite Office user base in all InfraSec related questions and queries
  • Experienced in securing large volumes personal data within cloud service providers 
  • Oversee set up, issue and ongoing maintenance of InfraSec Hardware/Software solutions on Company Equipment (including Desktops/Laptops/Mobile Devices). To be fluent in Mac OS and Windows 10 is paramount
  • Deep Experience of Enterprise Security Products Including Cisco Meraki + Umbrella, Darktrace, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint, Auth0.
  • Day to day staff in person/email/phone support for relevant security systems
  • Providing support for Gymshark InfraSec Systems in the event of emergencies – occasionally out of hours if urgent
  • Experience of Office 365 Suite, Azure/InTune, JAMF & Cisco Meraki
  • Supporting and Maintaining LANs, WANs, VLANs, Internet Provisioning, and intranet systems
