OVERVIEW:

As Gymshark’s Property Executive, you will assist in the operations and development of the Gymshark properties globally. The is an exciting, challenging and varied role. You will be working as an integral part of the Property team, undertaking administration tasks, taking full ownership for managing your work volumes and priorities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Assist in helping with general property enquiries and provide accurate information for the Property team. For example, you will be dealing with general enquires from property related purchases on a day to day, through to property reactive enquires across the Gymshark property estate globally.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with both internal teams here at Gymshark and external third parties, there will be a lot of interaction, both face to face and other forms of communication whether that be by email or telephone  on a day to day bases ensuring that the all parties are kept up to speed, whether that be programming, scheduling, costing etc.
Assist in sending out the initial tender documents, drawings etc.
Review and analyse the tender documents from contractors once they have been returned, this information should then be produced into a document for all the stakeholders concerned to review. 
Will manage the status checking of all procurement of resources labour and materials into projects from lead time until to completion.
Will assist in producing technical specifications and procurement alternatives.
Is responsible for incoming and outgoing document control on to ‘SharePoint’ for the Property team.
Will assist in producing and maintaining the Property Team Standard Documentation.
Will assist and support Property Project Manager and Facilities Manager on the various types of projects and task globally.
 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

IT literate and a good understanding of Windows based programmes to include Word, Excel and Outlook is essential

The ability to thrive, with minimum level of supervision
