As Gymshark’s US Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for Supporting and Maintaining Gymshark’s Internal & External IT Networks, Systems and accompanying user base. You will ensure that company hardware/software/systems are operating at peak efficiencies and issues raised are diagnosed and solved as soon as possible to minimise organisational impact. You will have to ensure that yourself and the wider Tech Team are up to date with latest needs of the industry and business. In addition, this role is required to assist and develop new policies and procedures to ensure the above is met and be responsible for deployment of new software & hardware solutions. This role provides support & training to all internal teams along with supporting satellite offices where required.

Furthermore, this role will require the IT Project Management of our new Denver Office. Working with the Head of Infrastructure in the UK, you will need to build a supplier network, manage installation of IT, AV and Data Services into the new office co-ordinating with main contractors and GSHQ before the opening in Summer 2020.

  • To install and manage inbound Internet Connectivity Services & Local Area Network equipment. To ensure that the business is secure and compliant with the latest Cyber Security needs
  • Budgetary responsibilities to include procuring all IT and AV Equipment for US Office and future offices, Cellular Phone Contracts and Inbound Connectivity services
  • To support the Head of Infrastructure in Due Diligence & Scoping when selecting/testing new Systems plus planning and implementation of selected system
  • Key to ensuring IT Policies and Standards are upheld in GSUS Office and are aligned with GSHQ
  • To assist with and Integrate/Manage any new systems scoped for international roll out
  • Working with People Team to help with cultural adoption of all Gymshark Systems
  • Work with Facilities for key project delivery on new property ventures including Door Entry Systems, CCTV and Alarms
  • Work with the legal team to ensure compliance in key US legislation is upheld and recognised security standards Gymshark choose to adopt in the future
  • Uses data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of tools and policies to help understand the landscape for further improvement
  • Benchmark Gymshark against key compliance legislation and global security standards working with InfraSec Manager
  • Periodically benchmark our systems to ensure we are staying with the platforms that are most relevant as we continue to grow and expand – think longer term
  • Will be an ambassador for the function.
  • IT Own or work towards, an industry recognised qualification in IT Infrastructure Management
  • Experienced essential within an Infrastructure Team or Single Point of contact for all IT/Tech related issues
  • General High level of organisational skills
  • Work collaboratively with Head of Infrastructure and other International Infrastructure/Tech Managers to align on global projects and joint tasks
  • Experience in supporting a Mid-Sized HQ and Satellite Office user base in all Infrastructure related questions and queries
  • Experienced in securing large volumes personal data within cloud service providers
  • Oversee set up, issue and ongoing maintenance of Infrastructure Hardware/Software solutions on Company Equipment (including Desktops/Laptops/Mobile Devices)To be fluent in Mac OS and Windows 10 is paramount
  • Deep Experience of Enterprise IT Management Products and Tools Including Office 365, Slack, Cisco Meraki + Umbrella, Darktrace, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint, Okta, Jira Service Desk
  • Day to day staff personal/email/phone support for Gymshark Systems
  • Providing support for Gymshark Infrastructure & related systems in the event of emergencies – occasionally out of hours if urgent
  • Experience of MDM Solutions e.g. MS InTune, JAMF
  • Supporting and Maintaining LANs, WANs, VLANs, Internet Provisioning, and Intranet Systems
  • Experience within the Fitness/Sports industry
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members to deliver immediate & unforseen tasks
