As the Head of Production, you will be reporting to our Creative Director and be responsible for the production, campaign and studio teams at Gymshark. 

This role is the glue that holds our creative and campaign teams together and suits an extremely organised individual with experience in project management. A key aspect of the role is working on continuous process improvements for these areas which set the foundation for all creative and brand activity for Gymshark. 

You will be managing a team of at least 20 people therefore the ability to motivate a workforce is key, especially given the fact the teams are spread across the US and UK.

As the Head of Production, you will be owning the process driven side of the Campaign & Creative partnership, ensuring all concepts can come to life, all assets are delivered on time, on budget and most importantly all teams throughout the business are aligned. Aligning all teams in Gymshark is a major part of this role, therefore solidifying relationships with many key stakeholders is essential.

Additional to this we would be looking for a candidate with key production knowledge when it comes to working on set on large scale advertising and music video campaigns. Introducing the Gymshark brand to external production and post production houses, directors, SFX teams and animators. Someone who can partner up with our creative director to bring new global talent in to the brand, and has the relevant contacts and knowledge to do so.

Developing, building and maintaining close working relationships with all senior stakeholders around the business across functions.
Contribute within the senior brand team on strategy for campaign specific teams.
Conceptualise and implement strategies to streamline and improve the campaign team’s operations and successes.
Lead weekly meetings to align all plans and campaigns.
Act as the key communication channel for all other teams in the business.
Manage monthly and yearly budgeting for all brand campaigns and creative activity.
Responsible for equipment, studios and policies. 
Recommend and implement new products, processes and standards within your team’s operations.
A core understanding of our audience, as well as the wider market.
Responsible for managing and retaining relationships with worldwide creative networks, introducing the Gymshark brand to external production and post production houses, directors, SFX teams and animators. 
Any successful candidate would need to have exceptionally strong organisational skills and fierce attention to detail.
Experience in media production e.g. TV/Photo/Film production.
Must have a keen interest in processes, critical paths, continuous improvement, general planning and organisation.
A proven ability to motivate a workforce.
Ability to plan for all possible outcomes with multiple back up plans through scenario planning.
An ideal candidate would have experience in campaign and people management to a high level, in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
