We are looking for a Paid Social Senior Executive (maternity cover), reporting to the Paid Social Manager who will be responsible for implementing Gymshark’s Paid Social activity. Experience with Paid Social ads on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube is essential, to understand how we can continue to innovate and disrupt on these platforms. The Paid Social Senior Executive will be required to implement and develop our paid social strategy to achieve record breaking engagement metrics. This will support the business in the overall traffic, revenue and brand awareness targets within the given budget. 

Being able to manage and phase a monthly budget to drive efficiency is essential to meet objectives and understand how it should be split across channels to maximise performance of the monthly brand campaigns and product launches.  They will be required to provide analysis of weekly and monthly performance data to inform optimisation decisions and to inform the senior team on how Paid Social is contributing to the overall business growth. 
The ability to implement upcoming opportunities and trends within paid social will ensure we stay ahead and are market leaders within the industry.
Responsible for creating world class Paid Social brand ads that are truly original.
Generate test and learn opportunities on paid social platforms, that provide strategic recommendations to keep Paid Social at the forefront of innovation. 
Represent Paid Social channels to go to market functions to ensure every social media network is providing the right touch point, at the right time to give the best customer journey for both new and existing customers. 
Accountable for delivering benchmark engagement rates.
Accountable for contributing to the overall business traffic and revenue targets.  
Manage the creation and optimisation of Paid Social campaigns in line with Brand and Trading activities whilst being within the allocated monthly budget
Phase the monthly budget daily across all social media networks to generate maximum impact for brand campaigns and product launches
Accountable for growing audiences to enable us to implement a robust retargeting strategy throughout the year. 
Generate weekly and monthly reports that provide insight to make valuable optimisations and learnings for the future
Support the Paid Social Manager on projects and be willing to juggle multiple priorities while hitting deadlines
Research industry trends and champion Paid Social across the business 
Liaise heavily with key Paid Social partners to ensure Gymshark is at the forefront of innovation 
Collaborate with key stakeholders across various departments to support shared objectives and drive trade in the relevant categories 
Executing all paid social activity in line with our target customers, key customer personas as well as brand guidelines and tone of voice 
Working with the Organic Social team to ensure the social strategy and approach is aligned
Experience in implementing Paid Social strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube
Experience with Twitter and Snapchat would be beneficial
Strong data analysis skills and a confident Excel user 
Confidence to present findings to the team and other departments
A process and detail driven work ethic 
The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences 
Experience working in Google Analytics, querying data and problem solving 

Experience managing budget across multiple paid social accounts 
Experience liaising with Account Managers at social media networks 
Knowledge of the marketing funnel and how channels impact customer journeys
Experience in ‘active’ apparel
