You, sound knowledge of supply chain management on a global basis, with experience of calendar management in an international brand or sports retail environment. Experience in working directly with vendors and the ability to drive performance. Strong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment internally and externally, willing to travel globally. Knowledge of product costs and use of PLM or other ERP systems would be ideal. With excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Management and Support: 
Maintain critical paths to ensure all approvals are on time and follow the company’s standards
Support end-to-end product development for product launch until shipment
Execute all merchandising operations including capacity, stock holding and on-time delivery
Maintain critical paths to ensure approvals across all stages are on time and follow the Gymshark standards
Assist supervisor on ad-hoc projects
Is in-charge of costing ensure company target margin is achieved
Liaise with cross-functional departments, PD, Materials, and vendor ensure sample deliver on time

Support the implementation of sourcing strategies
Play a key role to deal with vendors. Sustain strong partnerships with suppliers with the intent of building a long-term business relationship
Plan and perform seasonal costing negotiation, BOMs with vendors
Work with Design or Marketing team to enlarge product range & drive business growth. 

Own, the critical path, liaise with cross-functional departments, PD, Materials, Trims and Vendor base
Collaborate closely with Design and Development to ensure full alignment on product requirements and timely developments.
Works cross-functionally with the GSHQ-based team and Asia colleagues to deliver divisional goals and objectives
Liaise with nominated material and trim vendors
Manage vendor relationships for day-to-day operations in terms of service level agreement and calendar milestones
Sustain strong partnerships with vendors with the intent of building a long-term business relationship that aligns with Gymshark quality and value requirements

Perform monthly vendor performance review and follow up corresponding actions for continuous improvement

Solid negotiation skills and superior ability to influence areas outside of direct control

Degree level education; preferring graduated in Merchandising, Accessories/Sundries or related disciplines
At least 10 years solid experience in Accessories/Sundries industry with at least 5 years as Senior Merchandiser
Solid experience working in sports apparel brand(s) development & production areas
Solid experience working in global / regional markets
Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, responsible, self-motivated, proactive and willing to face challenges
Fluent in written & spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Stable working records are preferred
Willing to travel
