The "Rewards Manager" will be responsible for the US Compensation and Benefits process at Gymshark. Working with the Global Pay & Perks Team and People Director you will help implement a fair, competitive and best-fit compensation and benefits structure for Gymshark. We are looking for an experienced reward professional that will ensure Gymshark employees in the US have and feel that they have a fair and competitive pay and benefits package.

Please note this position requires you to work in our downtown Denver, CO office. Remote work is not available.

Duties and Responsibilities: 
• Responsible in assisting in the management, communication, analysis and administration of US staff compensation, benefits and perks.
• Auditing, creating and updating our standard pay and benefit templates and documents for the US.
• Process map the pay and perks processes for the US.
• Seeking out new cutting-edge benefits to add to the Gymshark US offering.
• Creatively educate and re-educate employees of the benefits and various perks via comms and group sessions as needed.
• Support and influence various stakeholders including Finance, IT, People, Talent, Tax, external stakeholders, and much more.
Management and Support:
• Prepare the data submissions for any pay or benefit surveys for that region. Example: Mercer, XpertHR, Graebel etc.
• Lead and participate in the wellbeing initiatives, linking in key messages around financial, mental, physical, social and nutritional health.
• Regularly review, evaluate, recommend, implement and improve of all processes and structures in relation to compensation, benefits, wellbeing and global mobility.
• Compile data for compliance projects at Gymshark such as EEO, 401K, etc.
• Manage the delivery of new and exciting projects to Gymshark, with the support from People Director.
• Collaborate with payroll and people partners to ensure compliance 401K, gender pay and minimum wage etc.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with new and existing suppliers for pay, benefit, 401K, wellbeing and global mobility.
• Seek regular feedback from key stakeholders about our compensation and benefit structures, wellbeing teams and initiatives and global mobility for Gymshark globally.
• Oversee the communication of our pay, benefit, 401K, wellbeing and bonus structures to ensure we are creatively and effectively delivering the key messages.
• Assist with the day-to-day management of the US wellbeing strategy with the healthy mind champions with the help of the VP of People, People Director, and the wider people team.
• Provide recommendations to the People Director and key stakeholders on any required changes.
• Oversee the data analysis of our pay, benefit, 401K, wellbeing and global mobility structures to create insight and understanding.
• Conduct research and analyzes compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing wage rates to develop competitive compensation plans.
• Analyze the data provided by Mercer for generic or bespoke analysis.
Other Duties:
• Be an ambassador of the global compensation and benefits, wellbeing and global mobility at Gymshark.
• Answer employee queries in relation to systems at all levels including, Spoke, email, telephone, Slack and face to face.
• Being data-led is at the heart of what we do. Ensure we use data to support decision making and new ways of working.
Education, Training, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent; plus 3+ years of experience in broad-based compensation, executive, incentive plan strategy, design, and administration; advanced certification (CCP, CEP, or, CECP) desired.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and requirements that relate to human resource compensation and benefit practices.
• An understanding of payroll and tax implications of people activity.
• You will be a strong communicator with the ability to articulate complex topics both verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences.
• Experience using job evaluation methodology.
• Experience in a fast-paced working environment with the ability to respond to change
• Keep regularly updated with the changes related to compensation, 401K and benefits changes and share knowledge with the relevant stakeholders.
• Challenge and adapt your knowledge and experience to ensure our decisions and initiatives are fit for purpose for Gymshark.
