The Senior Marketing Analyst will be responsible for overseeing all performance reporting for the North America marketing function by delivering reports, insights, and recommendations to inform decisions, optimization, and ultimately return on ad spend. This role will report into the VP of Insight for North America and assist with the growth of the team's profile and influence in collaboration with the Global Marketing Insights team based in the UK along with the Head of Performance Media based in the US.
 Please note this position requires you to work in our downtown Denver, CO office. Remote work and relocation assistance are not available.
  • Delivery of all performance reporting, tools and analysis for the North America marketing function, built in close collaboration with the global marketing analytics team in the UK.
  • Ensure coverage of all marketing channels and activity, enabling the marketing team to understand their performance and impact within the marketing mix.
  • Provide regular updates on marketing performance (including actionable recommendations) to the North America leadership team and senior marketing leaders, ensuring they have the insights needed to inform our marketing strategy.
  • Work with/brief the global data team on data processing and cleansing improvements to ensure the North America team has access to accurate and complete data sets, therefore ensuring you can provide the Marketing function with a more accessible and complete view of their performance/impact.
  • Enable the execution of a test and learn approach across the Marketing team for all channels, by providing methodology on new campaign test initiatives, reporting on test performance, and advising on future improvements based on results.
  • Work with the customer insight team and wider marketing function to deliver an aligned customer targeting strategy, aligning all marketing activity to ensure customers receive the right message.
  • Work closely with the trading analytics team, ensuing trading have visibility of marketing performance and vice versa, enabling more joined up strategies and tactics.
  • Work with wider insight team (North America and global) to forecast marketing channel performance (sessions, conversion, revenue etc.), identifying opportunities for more effective spend and targeting, in order to improve marketing efficiency, performance and relevance.
  • Work across, influence and educate Marketing and other departments to drive data led initiatives (across Media, CRM, Trading, Events, Customer Support etc.) as well as offer training and support on BI/Data.
  • Deliver and continuously improve our data led approach to attribution, leading the development of our data driven attribution model.
  • Adopt a continuous learning approach to data modeling, analysis, mining and reporting techniques, keeping up to date with the latest thinking and practices.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working in a marketing analytics / marketing science role reporting on and optimizing paid and owned media.
  • Extensive experience of working with (including the manipulation of) large data sets to track and manage Marketing and CRM performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of CRM (ESPs, CDPs, etc.) and paid media platforms (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, DSPs, etc.) from a reporting and insights perspective.
  • Advanced skills in analytics and visualization packages, including Google Analytics, Power BI, and Alteryx. (SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI.) Desired.
  • An understanding of media performance metrics, and broader measures of attribution (e.g. cost-per-acquisition, ROAS, first vs. last touch attribution, etc.)
  • A problem solver and logical thinker, with the ability to see the bigger picture and get to the underlying business questions with the support of data led findings.
  • Engaging presentation and communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload for a growing analytics team to ensure on time deadlines.
