• Responsible for the development & growth of the EMEA Regional Sponsorship Programme
• Responsible for the regional budget set by the Head of Sponsorship
• Responsible for the day to day running’s of Regional Sponsorship Programme
• Developing and overseeing the Influencer activation strategy and execution for given region
• Responsible for Sponsorship recruitment strategy for given region
• Responsible for flawless experience between the Brand and Athletes
• Coordinate communications and campaigns within Sponsorship and Partnership teams as well as with key stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and complete success.
• Seed and network with relevant external profiles to create a strong ecosystem of relationships in the regional influencer space
• Report on Athlete and Influencer performance using KPI’s set by line manager – these include monitoring social compliance, content development and commercial metrics

Management and Support: 

• Supervise a roster of Athletes
• Manage, support and develop a team of Sponsorship Executives
• Support the Sponsorship Programme and overall business growth through activations and roster recruitment
• Coordinate Brand Campaigns implementation through athletes and influencer activations
• Drive the Sponsorship Programme forward by trialing new activations concepts

Collaboration: 

• Collaborate with other regions in Sponsorship and across teams to execute campaigns you are given ownership of and/or coordinating
• Collaborate closely with all the teams in Brand and GTM to ensure Athletes remain at the forefront of the Brand’s plans
• Work with wider teams across the business – Trading, Finance, Legal, Product Design & Product Marketing

• Educated to degree level
• Experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Brand Content Creation
• Fluent English language skills – both written and spoken
• A passion and great understanding for social media & content marketing
• An understanding of EU/APAC cultural specificities
• A genuine interest in fitness/conditioning
• Ability to manage several projects concurrently
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, results oriented with an eye for details
• Have excellent communications and networking skills.
• An eye for talent and identifying rising stars and trends
