As the Tech Support Administrator, you will be responsible for Supporting and Maintaining Gymshark's Internal Systems and User Base. You will ensure that company hardware/software is operating at peak efficiencies. In addition, this role is required to assist the Tech Support Manager and the team to ensure the above is met and to be able to assist the deployment of new software/ hardware. This role will primarily support the Denver office, but also incorporate some remote assistance of satellite offices internationally when necessary.


Please note while we are currently working from home, this position will require you to work in our downtown Denver, CO office once the government guidelines allow. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. You must also be legally able to work in the United States.  

  • To work and collaborate within our Tech Support team supporting Hardware/Software, Internal Systems and all other aspects of GS Denver. Also align on global projects and joint tasks.
  • To assist the IT Manager and People team with the On-Boarding/off-boarding experience to all employees. As well as assisting the Tech Support Manager with Training and Comms to all Staff when new Software/Services are released/rolled out.
  • Monitor Jamf and Intune policies and configurations daily to ensure we maintain a smooth MDM environment.
  • To support the IT Manager in Due Diligence; Scoping when selecting/testing new Systems plus planning and implementation of selected system.
  • Implement regular Laptop/iPhone refreshes or upgrades for the Gymshark user base to ensure they are working with equipment that is a high standard.
  • Deliver continuous improvement by assisting implementation of and suggesting updates to policies and processes.
  • To help the team build a knowledge base within our Ticketing System and keep it up to date with the correct fixes.
  • Monitor network traffic tools to ensuring network traffic is maintained to a high standard
Other Duties:
  • Support our employees as internal customers with a friendly and inclusive attitude.
  • To work outside of hours where necessary/required, including an on-call rotation once implemented.
Essential Qualities:
  • At least 2+ years of experience within an IT/Tech Support and/or Infrastructure Team.
  • Identifies areas where training/certification is required and proactively arrange such training/certification once identified. 
  • High level understanding of Office 365 Suite, Azure/InTune, SSO Platforms, Slack, JAMF &Cisco Meraki
  • Collaborate directly with the IT Manager to identify common issues/patterns using data extracted from spoke.
  • Fluent in Mac OS and Windows 10 is paramount and have overseen set up, issue and ongoing maintenance of Company Equipment (including Mac/Windows + iOS devices to end users).
  • Providing support for Gymshark software/hardware emergencies; occasionally out of hours if urgent
  • Administering computers, printers, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
  • Supporting and updating AV, VC, Security and MDM platforms
  • Procurement of IT Hardware and Software via Local Vendors
  • High level understanding of Office 365 Suite, Azure/InTune, SSO Platforms, Slack, JAMF, Cisco, Meraki
Preferred Qualities:
  • Own or work towards, an industry recognized qualification from Microsoft, Apple, Cisco or JAMF.
  • Watch and listen relevant webinars where necessary to increase knowledge of the applicable systems (Jamf, Meraki, Spoke)

The salary for this role is from $55,000 to $70,000.
