Are you our next Head of Product Marketing? We’re looking for someone to join our Product Marketing team, to help deliver the long term Department Product Marketing Strategic Direction which aligns to the overarching Apparel & Accessories Vision and Strategy, ensuring our Product inspires and enables each and every body to reach their full potential.

  • Delivering the 3 Year/Seasonal Department Strategy that aligns to the overarching Apparel/Accessories strategy and the company North Star.
  • Building the 3 Year/Seasonal Department Product Roadmap that responds to the needs of the business on a Global scale with specific focus on the North America and International regions.
  • Championing a data led approach and ensure the Department is fully enabled to make decisions informed by deep community insights and data.
  • Collaborating with the Merchandising function to ensure the long range/seasonal Department Product Framework delivers against the company’s commercial targets of revenue, margin and efficiency.
  • In collaboration with the GTM functions ensure the Department Product Strategy comes to life in the eyes of our community and inspires each and everybody to reach their full potential.
  • Leading and directing the department team through the seasonal creation process ensuring key milestone deadlines are met.
  • Leading, coaching and developing the Product Marketing team enabling them to maximise their full potential.
  • Living the Brand value’s and lead by example to ensure the Department adds to the culture of the company.
  • To be the type of person who is action-orientated but a strategic thinker.
  • A highly collaborative person with the ability to lead the department and influence the wider GTM teams.
  • Demonstrable people management experience leading a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to delegate and prioritise.
  • Significant experience working within a Global organisation with experience across multiple consumer categories.
  • To be consumer obsessed with strong commercial business acumen.
