In joining Gymshark you will be a key member of the Performance Marketing Team, whose responsibility is to help deliver commercial success for Gymshark North America through paid media strategies, collaborating with the UK team to help grow and support the Gymshark Brand. Reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will be managing Gymshark's North America paid social strategy, budget and building strong relationships with key partners across all major platforms. You'll be working alongside key stakeholders in the business to make sure the paid social strategy is aligned and appropriately executed in line with the overall business objective.

Please note while we are currently working from home, this position will require you to work in our downtown Denver, CO office once the government guidelines allow. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. You must also be legally able to work in the United States. 

  • Manage and implement the paid social strategy for North America across social media networks, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Twitter.
  • Partner closely with the UK Paid Social team to ensure consistency of message across global campaigns, as well as share best practices in regional activity.
  • Accountable for managing the monthly budgets across all paid social channels to drive efficiency with both brand and trading objectives in mind to deliver traffic, ROI and engagement targets.
  • Create forecast reports based on planned paid social activity which details spend and expected results.
  • Plan and manage the expansion of paid social activities in line with Commercial and Brand activities.
  • Ensuring compliance and efficiency with the latest paid social best practices, looking for new opportunities and maximizing existing ones.
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly reports to make recommendations and adjustments to drive ROI and adhere to targets. 
  • Align with all go to market functions to ensure we are providing the best customer journey for both new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to support with shared objectives and drive trade in the relevant categories.
  • Executing all paid social activity in line with the target customer, key customer personas as well as brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Working with the organic social team to ensure that the overall social strategy and approach is aligned.
  • Liaise with key paid social partners to ensureGymsharkis at the forefront of innovation.

Essential Qualities:

  • 3+ years paid social experience in-house or within an agency.
  • Strong understanding paid social from the day-to-day through to strategy implementation.
  • A strong understanding of fast paced digital marketing channels including paid and organic social.
  • Experience managing budgets across multiple paid social accounts.
  • Experiencein usingFacebook Ads Manager.
  • Strong data analysis skills and a confident Excel user.
  • Confidence to present findings to the team.
  • A process and detail driven work ethic.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences.
  • Experience working in Google Analytics, querying data and problem solving.

Preferred Qualities: 

  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Experience working for a retail brand, with Sporting Goods/Apparel a plus.
